Our northern nodes lost several nights this season to aurora-driven sky brightness. We’ve started logging these events explicitly in the shared schedule so deep-sky targets can be swapped for brighter objects on affected nights instead of wasting the session entirely.
It’s a small process change, but it turned what used to be a handful of fully lost nights into partially productive ones.
