Sky brightness readings taken during this event were roughly 1.8 magnitudes higher than the same node’s typical dark-sky baseline, consistent with prior aurora-affected sessions. We now flag aurora-active nights in the shared schedule so deep-sky targets can be swapped for brighter, more forgiving objects.
